RETURNS FROM THE UK
If you are returning from the UK, please begin the return process by reaching out to our customer support team via email at support@creenstone.com. They will furnish you with a return label. Please note that the return expenses will be deducted from the total value of your order.
TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.
SHIPPING METHODS
Within the EU, deliveries are managed by our affiliate courier, DPD, while deliveries in the UK are handled by our affiliate courier, UPS.
We process and send orders on weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CET, Monday through Friday. Kindly be aware that we observe Dutch public holidays during which our operations are closed. Your order will be prepared for shipment no later than one business day after payment receipt.
PACKAGING
Your purchase will be shipped in environmentally friendly packaging.
Our packaging is made of recycled cardboard to guarantee the complete disposal and reuse of all transport packaging.
